Shadows of the Essence

My work often circles around the theme of transience, offering a quiet ode to what is fading. In this series, I turn my attention to plants and their shadows, fragile presences reduced to their purest form.

I want to keep them visible before they disappear. By photographing them, I try to hold onto a fleeting moment of stillness, when light and form briefly align. What draws me is not only their beauty, but the inevitability of their passing. It is a reminder that seeing is, in itself, an act of preservation.
